Who We Are

So who's behind Paper Coterie? We're a team of friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, girlfriends, wives, aunts, and co-workers. (Oh yeah, and then there's Dan!) We all have one thing in common: we cherish the people in our lives and the time we share together. And we feel pretty lucky to mix our passion with our professions-helping people share their stories every day!

What We Do

From first steps to last night. From the smallest moment to the major milestones. From the best day ever to the worst trip ever (but we can laugh about it later), We believe time and the people we spend it with are the two most valuable things in life.

That's why we want to help you document your favourite moments and enjoy them in new and meaningful ways. How? By turning photos and unique experiences into one-of-a-kind mementos for you, your friends, and family.

Why We Do It

We believe in the power of paper to document who we are, the people we love, and what we are learning along the way.

Sure, digital photography makes it so much easier to capture the great moments we share with the people we love. But we want to take it a step further, transforming the intangible-love, friendship, fun-into something permanent. Something that can be held, shared, and treasured.

  Hi, I'm Melisa

  I am responsible for:
  making it all come together through recruiting, mothering, herding, coaching, mentoring, and sometimes bandaging.

  I can't live without:
  Venti non-fat, no foam, 5-Splenda lattés.

  I am responsible for:
  all the design, art, and pretty stuff for all our products.

  I can't live without:
  My Canon 5d and crossing things off my to-do list.

  I am responsible for:
  keeping in touch with our customers, whether it's by phone, email, or good ol' fashioned letters!

  I can't live without:
  my cats, cheese toast, and vodka soda (am I allowed to say that?).

  keeping it fun. Oh, and developing innovative and unique products, so there is always something new and cool at Paper Coterie.
