Last August, we found our inspiration for the month from NY Times best selling author Kelly Corrigan’s book Lift and celebrated August as Begin Anywhere month. This year, we found our inspiration in photographer and writer, Tracey Clark’s new book Elevate the Everyday.
Filled with poignant stories of motherhood, pages of authentic images of everyday life, and photography tips and insights, Elevate the Everyday is a valuable guide for every mother who not only wants to effectively document her daily life, but more importantly, to truly enjoy and appreciate the process. Love that I found paper coterie on Facebook! I love taking photos and my family of boys teases me for capturing about every move they make. I found out about the contest yesterday, so have spent some of today looking through photos, which is like looking through memories. It was great to see how my photos have evolved in the past couple of years. I love my point & shoot camera, but man, it would nice to have a NEW camera that is much nicer. Thanks for this contest, I’m so grateful for it!
