Fall. The Real New Year
When you think about passages of time or starting anew, do you think of Jan 1st or do you think of September? For many of us, the Real New Year seems to happen at the beginning of Fall when the kids gear up for back to school and you for back to a more structured schedule and everyone begins a “New Year.”
There is much anticipation at this time of year. New teachers, new friends, new schedules, new challenges. When the year of September to August is over, the kids will be taller, they’ll look different, they’ll know new things and they’ll be carrying themselves a little bit different, or a lot.
We’ve created our organizing and documenting collections to help you plan ahead and organize for the Real New Year in meaningful ways that keep you grounded and connected to who and what you find most rewarding. Our monthly and weekly planners help you organize events and deadlines while also providing a space for you to jot down not just what you have to do, but what is happening in your life that is meaningful to you.
Save and organize the special pieces that will mark the passage of the year. Create a personalized Memory Keeper and start a keepsake tradition that will hold art, personal essays, school pictures, programs for school events, report cards and teacher’s notes throughout the school year and for years to come.
This year, while you’re picking up school supplies, create some meaningful ways to treasure and document the year to come.
The New Year is about to begin. Enjoy!

I think School Days is an awesome way to celebrate those first day of school memories! We always take a picture of the kids holding a numbered sign with their grade on the first day of school. What a fantastic way to keep all those elementary school memories!
Thanks Paper Coterie!

The School Days memory keeper is my favorite pattern – school motif but trendy enough to work for all the kids from the preschooler to the high schooler!
I love the School Days and Artwork books. My husband and I both like to save…everything. But the clutter can get to be too much! And now that my oldest just started Kindergarten, we’ve realized he’ll be bringing home LOTS of treasures from school. So for his crafts from preschool last year, I’ve taken photos of all the memorable items and am creating a book that mashes both ideas of the School Days and Artwork books. We’ve taken photos of each activity and then tossed the actual item — that way I have less clutter by not saving all the projects yet get to keep the memories in one wonderful photo book!!!
Thanks for the inspiration!!!!!!!!!
